Rep came out and provided an estimate on the roof repair. We requested the repair to be completed. Never heard back for over a month so contacted them only to find out if there were health issues that prevent it them from performing the repair. More time elapsed eventually for them to decide they don’t do this type of roof work.
We had a contract with the homeowner and this caused a major delay and was very unprofessional.

Our portico was damaged and had water leaking down into the front porch when it rained. Ridgeline was great, they had it fixed and looking like new in just a few days. It looks great and they were wonderful to work with. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
