I can’t put into words how happy we are with the service from Ridgeline. They worked me into their schedule for a leak in my attic. The technician used online mapping and satellite resources to analyze my roof prior to arriving. Everyone deserves a second chance. My original review of Ridgeline Purcellville was very poor. Apparently they they had subbed out the job to someone who turned out to not be a reliable subcontractor. But, they made it right. And they made it better than right, they stuck with every question and follow-up like I was their most special client. :) Not everyone wants to work with houses that are 120 years old and have their original standing seam roof. Siding repair
We had a leak around the flue for our furnace, the rep identified it and offered to repair it on site. They told us the rest of the roof look good. Will use in the future for sure.
