Ridgeline Roofers removed siding, replaced rotted plywood, and re-installed the siding. Also re-installed trim on my deck and reinforced my dryer vent cover to prevent birds from getting inside. I received a quick response to my request for an estimate. There was excellent communication throughout the process. Would use again and/or recommend.
Ridgeline was amazing! Two days after a brutal storm, Ridgeline sent their team out and they were able to fix my roof in just a couple of hours. The team said they would be there at 10 am, and at 9:59 my doorbell rang. Thank you Ridgeline!!!!
The crazy wind that happened today blew up the ridge cap and the row shingles next to it and warped the roof. With a thunderstorm warning in the area, I frantically tried all the roofing company numbers I could find and only this lady from the front office understood the gravity of our situation and was sympathetic and understanding..she arranged for a guy to come in within an hour and he did. Where do I begin... Starting with the main contact person, Courtney. She is professional and amazing to work with. Roofing technician also professional, thorough, and knows exactly how to repair broken areas. I had 3 different leaking area (above a room, and both fire places) and Ridgeline was able to repair all of them. Knock on wood, the repair that they had done was so well done.
