Where do I begin... Starting with the main contact person, Courtney. She is professional and amazing to work with. Roofing technician also professional, thorough, and knows exactly how to repair broken areas. I had 3 different leaking area (above a room, and both fire places) and Ridgeline was able to repair all of them. Knock on wood, the repair that they had done was so well done. Ridgeline was amazing! Two days after a brutal storm, Ridgeline sent their team out and they were able to fix my roof in just a couple of hours. The team said they would be there at 10 am, and at 9:59 my doorbell rang. Thank you Ridgeline!!!!

Needed to repair a leak in a few vents/pipes on my roof that I noticed the week of May 21. Ultimately they were priced competitively, and completed the inspection quickly on May 31st. The scheduling was a challenge and took 3 weeks to complete due to missing scheduled windows staffing. They did a great job, but I would only recommend them for jobs that are not time-sensitive. The job was completed on June 21st after 3 cancellations or missed scheduling windows.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced as we tried to get you scheduled. We truly strive to provide outstanding customer service but recognized that we we're not always successful. Please keep us in mind sohlu you need service in the future and we will make it up to you.
