We had a leak in our roof and waited a week and a half for another company to contact us after the inspection. I contacted this company and they came that evening to inspect. There was a spot that was not sealed properly. They came out early the next day and fixed it. Customer service was excellent!

Everyone deserves a second chance. My original review of Ridgeline Purcellville was very poor. Apparently they they had subbed out the job to someone who turned out to not be a reliable subcontractor. But, they made it right. And they made it better than right, they stuck with every question and follow-up like I was their most special client. :) Not everyone wants to work with houses that are 120 years old and have their original standing seam roof.
