The crazy wind that happened today blew up the ridge cap and the row shingles next to it and warped the roof. With a thunderstorm warning in the area, I frantically tried all the roofing company numbers I could find and only this lady from the front office understood the gravity of our situation and was sympathetic and understanding..she arranged for a guy to come in within an hour and he did. My roof was leaking through the ceiling into my bedroom because of some issues with the ridge-line. I got what I thought was a fair quite from Ridgeline Roofers, and they were quick and efficient with the fix.
