I purchased a home to be a rental, and about 2 months after closing, I noticed a leak. I called a few different companies, and Riley Hays Roofing was the best estimate. They took my concerns into consideration throughout the job, and not only completed earlier than the estimated time, but exceeded any and all expectations I had. And the estimate was accurate to the actual cost. I will be using Riley Hays for any roofing repairs I need in the future!
Fair estimate, excellent work, top quality product the staff are polite and professional however, the communication of returning my calls was very poor. There would have been five stars if they would just return calls.
We had a hail damaged roof and some ceiling stains where water had dripped. Riley Hays gave us a fair estimate to replace the roof and repaint ceilings. He patiently helped us with our shingle choice. Providing examples of multiple homes he had completed with different shingle types. Once we decided, his teams went to work.
