Had Riley Hayes roofing come do an estimate on my roof repairs in January. Quote was acceptable and was told they would start within two weeks. After several calls to complain and over twelve weeks later they have yet to begin repairs on our job. Did not honor their commitment to us. Thumbs down.

I made three separate appointments for Riley Hays to come out to take a look at our leaking roof. All three times my husband stayed home from work to meet them, and all three times they didn't show up. They called with feeble excuses, rescheduled, and then just stood me up twice.
