The Riley Hays crew were on time and were very polite. They took great care to not damage my new rain gutters as they worked on replacing all of the screws in a metal roof on my sunroom which was originally installed in 2001. They used larger metal screws and oversized soft washers to ensure that the roof wouldn’t leak. They also installed a vent under the metal ridge cap.
