The door itself is very quality. Unfortunately, the installation left a lot to be desired. See photos attached. The door had overflowing glue coming from the panel. The caulking was not smooth and at multiple points in the sealant and wood used for the frame there is discoloration. In addition, the walls around the sliding door are now scuffed/discolored. I had the windows replaced in my home by right window. John Lyman was extremely professional, nice, and she took the time to walk through every single question that I had to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I left at this company is local, and even though we did have a slight hiccup with the measurements on my window, the issue was taken care of promptly and professionally. The Rite Window representative who came out to our house, Spencer Flint, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.. On the day of the appointment, my wife was sick in bed. Spencer did the presentation to me, and I purchased windows. He came back a week later to do an abbreviated presentation for my wife. Spencer has been a joy to work with, and is very quick to respond to phone messages and emails. We are looking forward to the installation date.
