I had them replace 6 of my Anderson windows because they were about 25 years old. Everything seemed ok until the wind storm this past winter. I noticed my curtains were moving a bit, so I checked and found a gap on the bottom of the windows. We just got our windows done yesterday 5/25/2022. NOT HAPPY with the WINDOWS AT ALL!!! The windows are COMPARABLY MUCH SMALLER then the old windows. Do not go with this company!!! As you can clearly see there is two to three inches if not more from the actual window itself then from where older frame that was there. I can’t even fit a standard air conditioner in the window.

Rite Windows ❤️ This is our third time using Rite Windows. We have used them to replace our windows, doors and now our roof. Initial interaction involved overhearing a disgruntled customer while visiting the showroom. Showroom was not impressive as doors were not installed in permanent casement. We were assured that product would exceed expectations and that customer service would be exceptional. Doors were installed and are excellent. Installer, Shane Lewis, was professional, courteous and detailed. We had three doors installed. One was delivered without correct parts and had to be reordered. Wait was only 10 ... Read more
