Rite Window was great from beginning through installation of sliding patio door. They were professional, communicative through out the process. Installers were fast and very clean. Great customer service until after one day the slider lock broke. The lock is stuck in the unlock position. I called customer service got voicemail left a message about my dilemma. Zero response. Called and left a message day two. Zero response.

Superb quality product and installation. The crew showed up on time and knocked out the originally scheduled for two days job in less than 8 hours. They were respectful and very professional. We are very satisfied with Rite Windows.
Rite Window was less than half the price of Andersen and had a much longer warranty so I chose to go with them - I'm very happy with my decision. Artem's crew did a fantastic job installing the windows and doors. They were very professional and nice to speak with as well. They clearly went over the work they were doing and performed the work faster than expected (only took a day). I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
Great experience from the time of home consultation to installation. All representatives I interacted with were professional and responded in a timely manner. The windows arrived sooner than expected and installation went smoothly, good crew!
