Rite Window was great from beginning through installation of sliding patio door. They were professional, communicative through out the process. Installers were fast and very clean. Great customer service until after one day the slider lock broke. The lock is stuck in the unlock position. I called customer service got voicemail left a message about my dilemma. Zero response. Rite Window was less than half the price of Andersen and had a much longer warranty so I chose to go with them - I'm very happy with my decision. Artem's crew did a fantastic job installing the windows and doors. They were very professional and nice to speak with as well. They clearly went over the work they were doing and performed the work faster than expected (only took a day). I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
