WILL update this post if things change but...we are in the midst of a NIGHTMARE with Rite Window! The crew they sent to remove our siding/beams didnt know exactly WHAT they were doing! They asked US to show them how to remove a piece of rotted wood and how to replace it! In addition, as we speak, we have something HANGING off the side of the house flapping in the breeze! And, despite that we brought up these issues to the "site supervisor" who claims to have 35 years of experience...soon aft... Read more

We absolutely love our new windows. The entire process was straightforward and problem free. Since the install we have had some extreme weather and the windows have exceeded our expectations. Our install crew of Dave, Carl, and Doug did an amazing job - professional, punctual, clean, and efficient. Couldn’t believe the whole project was completed in a day. We couldn’t be happier!
