Once the door was ordered and manufactured I was contacted immediately. The contractors that installed the door were fantastic as well. Professional, on-time and efficient. Our experience with RiteWindow was excellent from the initial meeting with our Sales Representative (Troy), the timely updates from RiteWindow during the manufacturing process, as well as the expert team of professionals (Rich C and his team) that completed the installation. They arrived on time, were pleasant, and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and were a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
There were two installers, Kevin & Shawn and they installed 7 windows complete with clean up and they did a terrific job!

I've been staying at our other house and specifically drove up for this appointment, appointment time came and no one showed called Rite Window and supposedly rep never got the appointment until this morning.
I might have been more tolerent of the mistake if he had been proactive and called instead of me hanging around and having to chase him down
