Excellent. Estimate was on-site and quick with no unnecessary sales jargon. Installation was neat and done in essentially one day despite the large number of windows installed. Very pleased.

I'm not happy with the replacement windows I purchased through Rite Window which were installed this past spring. My salesperson was great, customer service is great, the contractors that installed the windows appeared to be professional. However, now that the temperature has dipped into freezing temperatures, I can literally feel wind and cold air coming through the windows. I'm not convinced that these replacement windows are better than the single pane windows with storms that I had replaced.... Read more
