A little of a year ago we purchased 20 windows from RiteWindow. The rest of the windows in the house are from another company.
Two months ago I contacted RiteWindow to honor their warranty and fix some of the windows that had issues. The techs that came out diligently looked at the windows and caulked a few windows and adjusted the window locks.
