Ordered and paid for 4 windows and 3 doors in June of 2021 with a delivery date of October 2021. Delays have now pushed our estimated delivery of the doors to January 2022 with no definitive delivery date. The existing doors have been broken and needed to be in before the winter, but Rite Window has failed, and offer no assurance of delivery date or compensation for being 3+ months late and counting.
Artem's crew did a great job replacing all of the windows in our house. It was a big project with 40 windows and two sliding glass doors, and they finished the job in two days. They were professional throughout the entire project, taking time to explain their process and answer any questions as they came up. Would definitely recommend Rite Window (and Artem's crew) based on the great value and excellent end product.
Overall they did a good job. They needed to come back twice to clean the windows and also to complete a sealant on one huge window. Also one window was delivered with a broken screen. I'm still waiting for the sealant to be completed and as of this writing I haven't received the replacement screen.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Rite Window. Their window installation was extremely unprofessional. We had to fight for them to come back and finish the job. I would not recommend them.
