We bought a house with the 5100 series and noticed that over the winter some of the seals had popped, allowing condensation in between the panes of glass. They honored their 50-year warranty and agreed to replace the bad ones without any hassle. We've only been in the house a few months, but noticed the windows are really good quality in every way. I'm happy we can continue using them and I appreciate their good customer service!
