I bought $10,000.00 worth of windows at least 1 sash on every window had an issue. Ie: scratched glass things in between the layers of glass so they still looked dirty after washing. The caulking cracked poor quality they said they did repair the caulking but stated that wasn’t their responsibility. They did fix all but two sashes as COVID-19 hit so the last two never were replaced.
