Just had an estimate today; salesperson was knowledgeable, however, he was pushy and trying to get me to agree quickly to buying their most expensive window. I had to explain multiple times I needed to get more than one estimate before agreeing to spend five figures on a twelve window replacement job. I changed my rating after the sales people called back and apologized. This review is just focusing the sales people.

Our window broke almost 4 months ago. We have called many many times to see when they can fix our window since it is under warranty with them, and we have barely heard anything back!!! Would NOT recommend if you want responsive, quick service!

Extremely frustrated with Rite Windows! Had almost all of our windows replaced in December, 2019. Everything seemed fine. A screen door didn't open or close well but we figured we would deal with that in the Spring. Come Spring, and the nor'easters, we started having leaks. One storm, we literally ran out of buckets and bowls to catch all the leaks on two stories in the house. We had a contractor out to determine the problem.
