The entire job went smoothly, was done on the day they said they would. The time estimate the salesman gave me of when they would start was accurate. I don't remember the names of the installers who came here, but I was impressed with their skill and professionalism.

This has, by far, been one of the worst experiences we've ever had and we will not be doing business with them again. We ordered 4 windows and after waiting 8 weeks for them to be fabricated, they were the wrong ones.They installed them anyway, worked on the framing and right away put in the order to have the correct ones made. They assured us that they would put a rush on the order and once windows came in they could easily be switched out since framing will be done. But they didn't finish fram... Read more
