I bought a home which had windows previously installed by the last homeowner. Most of the Windows sills were improperly pitched. Either there were no slopes or they were sloped down into the house. One window in particular had water leaking in because it was pitched into the home. After having the warranty transferred, Rite Window only agreed to rewrap the window sills around the house. Grade A experience with Rite Window! From the original "pitch" to the final install, they were respectful of our time, space, and budget. Where they missed the "5-star" mark for us was our subsequent challenge we had in finding blinds to fit our windows after the install. We were left with about a 1/2" of frame to work with after the new windows went in, so buyer be prepared to put blinds on brackets on the flats of the frames. Had 16 windows installed in our mobile home in November the week of Thanksgiving. 4 had to be re-measured and put off into December. Of the 16 windows that were installed as "new install" at the highest price 11 of them are loose and need new sashes. The factory rep was sent out to re-measure and agreed we need new sashes and supposedly ordered them. At the end of January we are still waiting with drafty windows and fuel at $4.20 a gallon. Everything went great and we are satisfied with the end result, but I want to acknowledge the sales and estimate process specifically for what caused us to pick this company and go through with the work. Guy showed up on time, stayed on task with the estimate we inquired about, and didn't try to upsell or use any high pressure sales tactics. A little time went by before we scheduled the job and they didn't bug us with phone calls. Thanks for "getting it" from the customer perspective.
