WILL update this post if things change but...we are in the midst of a NIGHTMARE with Rite Window! The crew they sent to remove our siding/beams didnt know exactly WHAT they were doing! They asked US to show them how to remove a piece of rotted wood and how to replace it! In addition, as we speak, we have something HANGING off the side of the house flapping in the breeze!
