The whole process was smooth and easy. The salesman (Wayne) was easy going, no pressure, and answered all my questions. The installers (Peter and Josh) were on time, professional and friendly. They did a great job, protected surrounding areas, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The windows themselves look great and operate smoothly. Of course the real test will be this winter, but I'm quite confident we made the right (or should I say Rite) choice!

The windows are beautiful but I wouldn't have purchased them if I didn't know that going in. What was really great was the installer. Bob was so professional and conscientious I knew I made the right decision choosing Rite Window. He did an amazing job right down to the finishing details.
