Just bought a new house and needed attic windows. Rite Window was not the cheapest quote, but the professionalism of their salesman and quality of their window made it worth the higher price. They finished the work in a half day and left no mess. I was completely satisfied with my choice.
The entire job went smoothly, was done on the day they said they would. The time estimate the salesman gave me of when they would start was accurate. I don't remember the names of the installers who came here, but I was impressed with their skill and professionalism.
This has, by far, been one of the worst experiences we've ever had and we will not be doing business with them again. We ordered 4 windows and after waiting 8 weeks for them to be fabricated, they were the wrong ones.They installed them anyway, worked on the framing and right away put in the order to have the correct ones made. Scheduled someone to come right out to do an estimate and sales staff was excellent and knowledgeable. The windows came in ahead of what was estimated and installation was a breeze with only one issue. After they left I noticed one of the screens has a small cut in it, barely noticeable, but I called them up and someone came the next morning and replaced the screen. Good operation
