Had a very positive experience. Their crew was professional. They replaced 4 cold windows in an upstairs bathroom and hall. Completed the work in less than a day and cleaned up thoroughly. Good outfit.
Just bought a new house and needed attic windows. Rite Window was not the cheapest quote, but the professionalism of their salesman and quality of their window made it worth the higher price. They finished the work in a half day and left no mess. I was completely satisfied with my choice.
The entire job went smoothly, was done on the day they said they would. The time estimate the salesman gave me of when they would start was accurate. I don't remember the names of the installers who came here, but I was impressed with their skill and professionalism.
This has, by far, been one of the worst experiences we've ever had and we will not be doing business with them again. We ordered 4 windows and after waiting 8 weeks for them to be fabricated, they were the wrong ones.They installed them anyway, worked on the framing and right away put in the order to have the correct ones made.
