I was very satisfied with my business dealings with Rite Window, including their responsiveness, but my disappointment is with the reduced glass area on all windows that were replaced. The frames of their windows are considerably wider than my previous windows, which unfortunately reduces the glass area and therefore my view. I feel that the salesman should have made clear that there would be considerably more white space and less glass area, which--not surprisingly so as not to jeopardize the... Read more
