Steve and Dave, the installation crew, were prompt, courteous, and were very careful during the installation. They did excellent work, cleaned up the work area very well, and showed me how to operate the features of the slider. I would highly recommend RiteWindow to anyone who is thinking of installing replacement windows or patio doors.

I chose to post this review because most reviews are about installation. This review is about follow- up service honoring the warranty. I purchased my present home with 16 Rite Windows already installed. The warranty was transferable to me, duly registered with the company, and have had only two small repair requests, immediately serviced, over the past two years.
