I bought $10,000.00 worth of windows at least 1 sash on every window had an issue. Ie: scratched glass things in between the layers of glass so they still looked dirty after washing. The caulking cracked poor quality they said they did repair the caulking but stated that wasn’t their responsibility. They did fix all but two sashes as COVID-19 hit so the last two never were replaced. The Rite Window roofing division replaced my roof in one day. From the beginning, everyone was transparent and clear about services, what could and could not be done, etc. The estimates of when work would be completed, from the overall project timeline to the day-of, were spot on.

I got my tub replaced with a shower install. They did an awesome job. It was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be. They were very neat and cleaned up great before they left. Would recommend to anyone.
Should be "RIGHT"Window. The product is fantastic. Pricing was fabulous! Saves me more money on heating bills than I ever imagined! I used to fill the tank every 3 weeks, now I'm between 5 and 6 weeks!
