I bought $10,000.00 worth of windows at least 1 sash on every window had an issue. Ie: scratched glass things in between the layers of glass so they still looked dirty after washing. The caulking cracked poor quality they said they did repair the caulking but stated that wasn’t their responsibility. They did fix all but two sashes as COVID-19 hit so the last two never were replaced. Should be "RIGHT"Window. The product is fantastic. Pricing was fabulous! Saves me more money on heating bills than I ever imagined! I used to fill the tank every 3 weeks, now I'm between 5 and 6 weeks! The Middleboro crew that installed these couldn't have been a more professional group? Clean, fast and honest!!! What more can you ask for?

We had a great experience throughout the process. It took several weeks for the windows to arrive for installation but installation was completed in 2 days. I had a large picture window replaced along with seven other double hung windows requiring some outside trim replacement. Rite Window did a great job, removed all the old windows and scrap. They completed the job quickly and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable installers.

My custom glass sliding doors look absolutely beautiful! I am very pleased with the professionalism and service that was provided by Rite Window. Love that everything comes with a 50 year warranty! Stephen, Doug, and Brian did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company!
