Rite Window employees were true professionals! They kept me informed during every step of the process. They were always on schedule and every inquiry was handled professionally. Rite Window recently replaced our patio door with a new sliding glass/screen door and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sales process was easy and not pushy, install happened on time and without an issue. The quality of the door seems much better than the big box store doors we have elsewhere in the house. The smoothest part of our kitchen renovation by far.
Different parties explained clearly about what the windows look like after the replacement. Although there are something unexpected (as the windows shape were different), the workers answered our questions patiently.
And the workers finished the job very quick(8:30-12:30 for 9 windows) and clean.
