We replaced 18 windows in our home, and the quality of the new windows met our expectations. They are efficient - our window drafts are gone, and neighborhood noise is greatly diminished. The windows are very easy to operate - smooth opening and closing. Rite Window did a good job communicating throughout the process, keeping us updated during the few months while our windows were made. Once the windows were ready, installation happened within days.

On 3/13/21 I met with Tony Dattilo, product specialist and agreed to buy Rite Windows. Unfortunately I had to back out of the contract due to a change in family situation.
This review is about Tony. He is, simply put, a great family guy, and an absolute professional. He was wonderful with my young son, and very warm throughout the appointment. I would welcome him into my home again, and look forward to calling him back in the future when I can revisit the project.

They make you give at least one star, if I could there would be none. My husband met with salesman Patrick Richards in July 2020. He liked the price and warranty of the windows so we signed a contract. My husband specifically asked him, at my request, if the workmen would have to come into our home or could the work be done from the outside?
