Rite windows is the best place to shop for windows replacement in the house, deck doors, other window doors, patio doors, basement windows etc. Five of us in our friends group we had replaced the old windows with new windows, Also we get patio doors replaced. It starts with sales person coming to give pricing after intial measurements, then the actual technician comes to take accurate measurement, then the orders placed and once received they will schedule a date to do the actual work. in ... We recently went with Rite Window installing a picture window and 10 other windows. We wanted sliding windows that tilted for easy cleaning. My husband and I asked this of the salesman more than once and he assured us that the windows tilt. The day of installation I questioned the installer again about the windows that are suppose to tilt..he said "I'm just the installer".. I called Rite Window and left a message with Cheryl.
