Their customer service is not professional at all. The staff didn’t reply my email and ignored my messages. I am very disappointed with them. I don’t know how could they get that good reviews.

Our window broke almost 4 months ago. We have called many many times to see when they can fix our window since it is under warranty with them, and we have barely heard anything back!!! Would NOT recommend if you want responsive, quick service!
We originally went with RiteWindow to buy 11 windows and an entry door. Upon contacting them to install another few windows about a year later, we were very disappointed about the cost for each window. Extremely frustrated with Rite Windows!
Had almost all of our windows replaced in December, 2019. Everything seemed fine. A screen door didn't open or close well but we figured we would deal with that in the Spring.
Come Spring, and the nor'easters, we started having leaks. One storm, we literally ran out of buckets and bowls to catch all the leaks on two stories in the house. We had a contractor out to determine the problem. He repaired siding issues - not touching the windows. The next... Read more
