I bought a home which had windows previously installed by the last homeowner. Most of the Windows sills were improperly pitched. Either there were no slopes or they were sloped down into the house. One window in particular had water leaking in because it was pitched into the home. After having the warranty transferred, Rite Window only agreed to rewrap the window sills around the house.
