Was a much better process and the quality of the work was better then I thought it would be. Will be using them for other windows soon.

It has been a couple weeks since my roof was completed. They did not tent the house properly, which resulted in black stains on our white siding. Despite lots of promises, they have not come back to fix the issue.
There is also an area where the shingles are buckled, and they actually gave me a promise (in writing) to fix it within 1 week. Guess what....they have not come back to fix this either.

Pretty good. Prices were pretty high in my opinion, but they are quality windows, with a great warranty. These are windows that I know will stand the test of time. Installers were really professional, on time and knew exactly what they were doing. The even saved me $1,000 on the project by not wrapping the windows because it wasnt needed.
