Great guys, no clean up after they were done. Only a few hours for an entire house of windows!
The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and there was no pressure. The workers were efficient and clean, and the window was installed perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase from Rite Window and will use them again in the future.
WILL update this post if things change but...we are in the midst of a NIGHTMARE with Rite Window! The crew they sent to remove our siding/beams didnt know exactly WHAT they were doing! They asked US to show them how to remove a piece of rotted wood and how to replace it! In addition, as we speak, we have something HANGING off the side of the house flapping in the breeze! And, despite that we brought up these issues to the "site supervisor" who claims to have 35 years of experience...soon aft... Read more
