The whole process was smooth and easy. The salesman (Wayne) was easy going, no pressure, and answered all my questions. The installers (Peter and Josh) were on time, professional and friendly. They did a great job, protected surrounding areas, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The windows themselves look great and operate smoothly. Of course the real test will be this winter, but I'm quite confident we made the right (or should I say Rite) choice!

Everyone I worked with at Rite Window was very professional from the start of the process to the finish. The installers did a great job installing many windows in just two days which was much appreciated, and they addressed the unique concerns I had for making sure that my house got all the attention it required. I'd highly recommend them.

The windows are beautiful but I wouldn't have purchased them if I didn't know that going in. What was really great was the installer. Bob was so professional and conscientious I knew I made the right decision choosing Rite Window. He did an amazing job right down to the finishing details. I love that he wouldn't use a window that was not sitting right in the bricks. Better to have it remade than regret it later, right? What a gem you have there!!!
