The install team was on time, efficient, and prompt. They also were very good at explaining the operation of our new windows, and cleaned up everything when they were done. One missed opportunity for perfect installation - there was quite a bit of goop on the windows (inside and outside) from the factory. Worst experience ever. Classic high pressure sales approach with appointment / samples but making certain they closed the deal that evening. Signed contract for $18K with financing. 3 days later the company backed out because they decided our house might be more than their cookie cutter installation. They offered me to "be the general contractor". They are not full service and have limited capabilities. Wish I had never called and wish I could get our time for the sales appointment back. WH... Highly recommend Rite Window. Overall, we had a great experience, from the initial sale through installation and post-installation follow-up. Our sales person (Dave) was fantastic. The installation crew (Christian, Dave and Greg) were excellent. All Rite Window employees we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We will be going back to Rite Window for any future window projects.

3/1/2022 Framingham District Court rendered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $3,176.97 for all of the damages done to my home while this company attempted to install a $4,000.00 entry door and hardware. They forgot to bolt the the door frame to the house among so many other incredible things!! On April 13,2022 we had a payment review hearing in which the magistrate wanted to know why Rite Window had not paid the judgment. Rite window definitely did us right! We hired them through MassSave and scheduled Colton to come give us an estimate. He had told us our project would be 6-8 weeks out then I received the call from Chris and he scheduled us for the very next week! Super professional from start to finish. Clean and courteous laborers and they completed the job swiftly. You wouldn’t even know they were here ripping things apart, our yard is in better shape than they found it.
