We decided to replace our old windows that was in bad shape. We chose Rite window for the project the reason is of their professionalism and no pressure sales. The process from start to finish was excellent. The Installation took a day. Installers Mark and crew were excellent very knowledgeable and professional and respectful. The clean up was meticulous.
We went with Rite window for our shower renovation. Could not be happier with the result! This company came out when scheduled, had all supplies that they needed to do the job on hand, demoed my shower and reinstalled it with little to no disruption of the rest of the house. And the result is awesome! I wish I had given you the job of replacing my windows too but I went with another company and I regret it. I would definitely recommend Rite window and I actually have too many people!
The door itself is very quality. Unfortunately, the installation left a lot to be desired. See photos attached. The door had overflowing glue coming from the panel. The caulking was not smooth and at multiple points in the sealant and wood used for the frame there is discoloration. In addition, the walls around the sliding door are now scuffed/discolored.
The wood plank placed at the bottom of the door does not sit flush with the trim, leaving an gap that was caulked.
