    This will be a mixed review. Overall, I am very satisfied with the company and the products, but getting to that point presented some issues. The first was that the sales person could not answer my questions and had to consult someone at the company to get the answers. (in fairness to him and RJW, the other sales people from other companies could also not answer these questions either.)     Let me start with, I did not even get as far as getting a quote. The lead qualifier would NOT book a quote without my spouse being in attendance. My wife is a teacher, and I am doing the leg work on adding 18+ windows and a new entry door. RJW was not interested in just me. That's fine, but prospective buyers should know this in advance thus me writing the review. Well, "just me" has spent over $200K in the past 6 months on home improvement to our new home.     The key item was the crew who did the work. They were very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and very courteous. My wife and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process (from discussions and quote, to measurements done twice and then installation). I am very pleased and have already recommended RJW to 2 other home owners in my development. I will continue to offer RJW to anyone who asks me about home improvements.
