My wife and I hired RJW to install new windows at our home. The windows turned out great. The cruise or condo voucher is a scam though. We were told by the RJW salesman that buying during the month that we did would include a voucher for a free cruise. The cruise was not free at all and in fact, didn't even include a discount. That deal is definitely bait and switch.
Truly, it was a great experience with RJW Exteriors. They kept me up-to-date constantly, and worked with my work schedule as to when the install date would be. They were always courteous and friendly and kind. On the day of installation they showed up right on time and not only removed the old door and took it away but they cleaned up any and all mess. The crew was neat, courteous, and cleaned up each day. They were expert craftsmen. The new replacement windows and door look like they were the original and like they were always there. We are extremely satisfied. The job turned out better than we imagined.
