From the first phone call they work as a team and very professionally. The salesman Joe was so helpful and informative. Easy to work with and no pressure. The window installers were also very nice and efficiently installed the windows and cleaned up after themselves. The windows installed in the house our son is living in. We are so pleased with the quality and workmanship that we are having them install new windows in our home.

We had 17 custom replacement windows installed by RJW EXTERIORS; a very positive experience from sales to installation. The project manager, Rich L, was informative and professional, on hand along the way to answer questions and oversee the project. The install crew worked smoothly from delivery of the windows to cleanup. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. RJW followed up with a final walk-through to make sure we were satisfied. Yes! Excellent experience. High marks!
