RJW is very professional and made the entire process very easy. We needed a new patio door and wanted a screen door. Their rep, John, was very personable and walked us through the financing process. The timeframe they gave to receive the materials was accurate and the installation process was quick and professional. They’ve followed up, sent thank you gifts and came out to make sure the doors were working well. If you need work done to your house, definitely consider RJW!

RJW was great from the first in house sales meeting (windows) to the final installation. They offered a good price (with no sales pressure) and the office staff and installation crew did a great job keeping the project on schedule and installed in a very professional manner. Good service, communication and quality.

RJW did a fantastic job with the installation of two new windows in our family room. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything afterwards, and were very helpful with their communication every step of the way. We dropped one star because there was some confusion around the initial quote for the work, but the office was very professional in clearing everything up and getting us back on track!
