Chuck came out to my house (and arrived early!) to go through the specifics of our custom window and door orders. His years of experience and expertise shine. I was very happy to see how thorough RJW services is throughout the process. Also, Chuck is dog-friendly and was very tolerant of my two dogs following him around. I never felt that I was in a time-crunch, which was a welcome feeling to not feel like a number on the deli line.

From the initial contact with our salesmen Chris. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Made sure all questions and no stones unturned. The installers work quickly and diligently making sure everything is up to our expectations. Rich stopped by after and made sure the clean up was done up to satisfaction. Overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.
