Very disappointed, did not replace all rotted plywood as requested, asked for extra mold protection but was told it was not needed so I still have to go on roof every year to bleach off the mold.

Michael, we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. After going through your records, we see your roof was done in May 2017 and the CertainTeed algae-resistent shingles were used. Our Service Manager will be following up to see what we can do to make this right with you.

RJW crew showed up early and finished the same day. They cleaned up all debris and made sure to cover our pond on the side of our house. There were a few minor things to be touched up and they came back the next day to make adjustments. The owner, Rob, was attentive to communications/emails and his follow up was very thorough. We are happy with the installation of our roof and would recommend using RJW Exteriors.

If all you want is the cheapest possible contractor to just slap some shingles on and call it a new roof, it won't be RJW. This review is way late in coming as I had thought I'd written one already. We had our roof done by RJW about 3 yrs ago and couldn't be happier. From start to finish we were informed every step of the way, the crew finished the job the same day and they did a thorough cleanup around the house. The finished job was excellent and the price was right in our budget. Would highly recommend RJW.
