Quote process was not up to par with competition in the area. I asked for a revision in materials on a quote and the response was the price would not change because the supplies basically cost the same. I made the same request with other companies and the price went down significantly with change in materials. With that we chose not to use Rock & Tait because trust was not established. Update. Poor communication, poor project management, inefficient scheduling/overbooking work crews, delays in completion. They kept calling my wife with updates (who was out of town) instead of me (who was in the house dealing with this), so it was a constant struggle to understand what was going on, why a 1-2 day project was taking more like 5 days. Rock & Tait replaced my roof but also foam-sealed air gaps in the attic along with blowing in insulation (after having an energy audit done). From start to finish, they were very professional. The salesman was honest and helpful. The workers were professional and worked hard. When the after energy audit was done again, air leakage was still found in an area. They came back promptly, found the problem and re-sealed. They are a little more expensive, but worth it.

Very prompt and quality installation of skylight. Gave four stars instead of five as I had to do some caulking and clean up to make inside look nicer

I had new roofing installed on my house that was built in 1940, with the vast majority of the work being done in one day with them finishing up the following day. Josh, Ryan and the rest of the team were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and or concerns.
