Extremely pleased with the whole process. Salesman Brad did a good job evaluating our situation and making recommendations for attic ventilation, skylight replacement, and chimney surround repair. After we accepted the proposal, communication was excellent by both phone and text. The workers arrived on time and were polite and efficient. The work was quickly completed to our satisfaction, clean up was very good as well. Trevor and Josh were also very good at communication.

We recently had Rock and Tait do some brick pillars and concrete edging around our home. We are extremely happy with their workmanship and speed with which the work was completed. They showed up early and worked long hours to get the job done. Their employees were very kind and courteous. We have had many comments about how nice the pillars and edging look. They also did a stamped concrete patio for us last year that was everything we expected and more. These guys rock and I would recommended th... Read more

Rock & Tait Exteriors are by far one of the better home improvement contractors in the Chippewa Valley. Why? Well, we were in need of new shingles on our home, so I contacted a few companies around town including Rock & Tait for an estimate. George Tait came out to evaluate things and he explained their “whole home philosophy” unlike any other contractor had mentioned. George explained that the shingles are only one part of a system that must work with attic ventilation and insulation to pro... Read more

I had an energy assessment earlier this spring and after receiving my detailed assessment I reached out to Rock and Tait. Our project was more than just insulating due to some complex design "flaws" within our home. Because of this, we felt that Rock and Tait were perfect for our project. They were super prompt when setting up a time to meet and evaluate the needs of the project. Within a few weeks after our our initial meeting, there were able to have the project completed. You could tell... Read more

We used Rock & Tait to replace our roof. We had some wind damage to previous roof and we needed to go through insurance to get the roof replaced. We had contacted several local contractors to see what estimates would be and not only did Rock & Tait come through with very comparable rates, they also came through with excellent recommendations and professionalism. Other contractors either were not responsive, blew us off, or did not come through with up front costs/estimates. Rock &Tait, especiall... Read more
