They kept me informed of what was going on with my project throughout the whole process. I live in a log home that has had some softness/rot on some logs making it easy for critters (namely squirrels) to chew holes and live inside. It's been frustrating to prevent this, and frustrating to repair. I had contacted several contractors who were puzzled about how to repair the damage. After the major storm last year I was faced with replacing my roof, siding and gutters. What a nightmare! R & T provided services above and beyond expectation! Assistance with negotiating with the insurance company was helpful. An in depth explanation of all work performed helped with navigating the project moving forward and avoiding unnecessary stressors.
