Had them come out to give me a price on a roof replacement. That was 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I was told I would have the quote via email within two days. Bad way to do business.

Had them come out to look at my roof and give me a price. It's been 4 weeks and no phone or email with a quote. Never understood how places that do business like this stay open.
I think the sales rep's name was Scott. He seemed nice and looked at what I asked him to. He told me he was going to email me a quote but never did. I called, and spoke to the receptionist twice. Each time she seemed annoyed with me for calling to ask about the estimate. It's been 2 weeks and still have not received an email or phone call.
Called for an estimate. Sales rep (owner’s son) came out and viewed the job for the estimate. We set up an appointment to go over the estimate at my home after he viewed the work tinbe done and the sales guy never showed. Called Rogers roofing and spoke to the receptionist there regarding the no show for the estimate review and she stated she was going to get in touch with him (the owner’s son)and still have yet to hear from the sales representative or even the receptionist. Rogers Roofing did an incredible job on our project recently. Even in the dead of winter they were able to complete a large and time sensitive job with ease. The workers cleaned up the site beautifully and the communication from the office staff was greatly appreciated. Would 100% recommend Rogers for any size of job!
