In this day when customer service has gone by the wayside RSI provided a pleasant reminder that professionalism and cordial customer service still exists. I had contacted RSI due to a roof leak and was greeted immediately by Miss Lacey on the other side of the telephone. After a few days of rain in October I discovered water leaking into one of the rooms. I contacted Roof Solutions Inc and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about stopping the damage before it got worse.
