Leaving this review on my wife’s behalf. Our rental was in need of roof work. We specifically made it clear to replace all broken tiles. We are informed it’s a total of 20. We agree to the price and work. We get a photo sent of “2” tiles replaced. We question the work and they said they can send out for drone footage. We receive drone footage indicating multiple broken tiles still. This is extremely unacceptable, and it’s been such a hassle. They ignore text messages, owner refuses to contact us... Read more

I don't even know where to start with this company. My worst experience ever working with a home repair company. Biggest concern is lack of communication. 1. They never communicate any times 2. They were late to quoted inspection time frame 3. After removing 1st bad review per their request, I decided to give them a second chance to make it right. 4. Very dissapointed in the lack of communication from dispatch. I was given a time frame between 2-4PM. I informed dispatch I don't live near this property and if I can be provided with a good time. I had to consistently text and ask for updates. We are now going past the 4PM time & I've been sitting outside my rental property for 2hrs waiting & still no ETA given and I see you close at 4PM. Aaron is good guy very professional helped me with some things and went out of his way to help me with my home to prevent further damage during these big rain storms coming in I would definitely recommend this company. The secretary was very helpful as well very professional company.
