The roof inspector went on time and was able to provide a same day report. Most importantly, they did an amazing job on the report. They did a great job inspecting the roof of the house we were buying (referred to by our agent). Then gave us a reasonable quote for fixes. Even though we ended up using their services over a month later, the price stayed the same. They removed the tiles from valley to wall, removed debris underneath and from gutters, reinstalled the tiles and replaced storm collars.
